Field Technician - All Regions (REF: 2552)

Purpose:

Ensuring quality of workmanship on any customer site is of highest standard technically as well as commercially.

Requirements:

  • Provide service and customer support for site visits, installations and call-outs.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine resolutions.
  • Continuously strive to ensure quality of workmanship.
  • Follow company procedures and document requirements.
  • Ensure tools and stock on-hand are maintained.
  • Communicate with coordinators, technical and project managers and share information across the organisation, with regular and accurate feedback.
  • Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations where appropriate.
  • Build positive relationships with customers, ensuring that the business is well represented.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of products, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  • Continuously improve, ensure compliance, and implement strategy for Health and Safety in terms of applicable law as well as good practice.
  • Maintain efficiency in billable hours.
  • Maintain punctuality in accordance with projects and services.
